We are a specialist recruitment company working across two areas: the biomedical and life sciences, and early years education. In both, our focus is the same: identifying skilled, properly vetted people and matching them to employers who need them.
In life sciences, our expertise lies in placing highly qualified postgraduates and professionals who combine strong academic foundations with real world experience across disciplines. We work with candidates holding biomedical science degrees, master's qualifications and PhDs, particularly those who have expanded their skill sets beyond traditional laboratory roles, including experience in sales development (SDR), commercial strategy, data analysis, software development and scientific programming. Our strength here is bridging the gap between science and industry. Whether it is a biomedical graduate with commercial acumen or a scientist at master's level who can code, analyse data or build technical solutions, we connect ambitious employers with talent that can operate across research, technology and business environments.
In early years, we supply nurseries and childcare settings with practitioners, room leaders, SENCOs and managers, from Level 2 and Level 3 qualified staff through to Early Years Teachers. Every candidate is checked for the things that matter in this sector: valid qualifications, enhanced DBS, right to work, safeguarding and paediatric first aid training, and a genuine fit with the setting's ethos and age range.
